I wanted to build my own pc since it will save me money. I Will mainly use it for Digital(Art) Sofware such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Gimp, Dreamweaver. Those kind of programs. Also just surfing the web. No gaming for me. I will leave that job to my Playstation 3.

This is all i looked at. I tried to keep it below $500 but i believe i went over
by about $40 or so.

If i am forgettting anything please let me know. I am a total loser when it comes to Pc's. *i won't be needing Keyboard/monitor/mouse.

Also, if you guys ave any suggestions as to how i can lower the price, for example, picking a cheaper Video Card that will still do the job or links to where these items are sold cheaper, i would aprreciate it a tons.

You have selected triple channel memory designed for Intel builds.

You want a 2x2GB kit of DDR3 1333 with a latency of 8 or 7.

You also should have the 64-bit version of Win 7.

The PSU in the case is entirely unacceptable. Please see the link in my sig for the PSU guide. There are very few case/PSU combos that will work for you, but here are a few:
