Pretty much what the title says. Can components like CPU,motherboard or PSU cause headaches,or are such problems only caused by monitors/graphics cards?

Yes, but usually its of the 'what the fks WRONG with it?' kind,
as they have current running through them there is a potential to interfere with the bodies natural electricity, but its such a tiny amount that almost noone would be affected by it,
the headaches etc suffered through graphics card/monitors are more to do with the fact that you are focussed intently on the area for a time, rather than some mystical Evil built in to them, thats why they recommend you take breaks every hour ( 'they' are obviously not WoW players hehe)
in short, dont worry about it,youll be fine :)

Yes, the PSU has converts your incoming electrical to make the various voltages needed by the PC. The incoming voltage is 60hz and at the low end of human hearing. The conversion process involves 'switching' which operates in the upper range of human hearing 15khz and up and can sometimes irritate people who can hear this high.

Also the monitor can cause headaches also. Due to vision issues your eyes may strain to focus on the screen, or due to improper calibration (try setting the pincushion if letters seem a little blurry) The screen backlighting also flickers at a high frequency if its flourescent (as opposed to the new LED backlighting) which also can affect people sensitive to this.
