i've owned this computer for about a year and it has worked perfectly. after boot one recent day i returned to it and it would not come out of sleep mode. i then rebooted and received a 1962 code in the upper left hand corner. i then went into the bios and found there were no hard drives listed.i am running scsi drives. the message also stated there was no operating system. i also notice the scsi bios does not load.is it possible my scsi controller is bad. there are two zion processors 4gb ram.if the controller is bad will i be able to use the sata controller. i am running xp.
