What's a good cheap fan/heatsink for an older CPU?

I'm giving my friend an old CPU of mine but it doesn't have a fan/heatsink (original broke).

This is the CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115003

It's an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 at stock speeds. No overclock

Also, he doesn't have a lot of money. I'm looking for a cheap cheap (but good) fan/heatsink to keep it cool. I'm thinking $20 max if possible... the cheaper the better though of course :P

Probably the best cooler for the money.

    Here is a good review.

At the highest clock speed it is second to the prolimatec megahelems ($63 without fans) and that is saying alot. [:bohleyk:1]
  2. That's what i would recommend myself but the cheapest one on the internet is like $32. He doesn't have a job and only has like $20 to spend rofl... Like i said it doesn't need to be amazing or anything. Similar performance to the stock cooler if possible
  3. $8 cheaper after shipping at microcenter.
