Help! New computer starting to become a real pain...

I just built my new computer about 4 months ago primarily for gaming. over the last couple of months I have been having issues with almost EVERY game I play and I am starting to get Really really irritated. for example Crysis would flat crash in the middle of the game, FarCry 2 just goes to a blank screen and wont even load up to the main menu, The original Call of Duty gives me an error that says "Buffer Overrun" when I try to play it, Half-Life 2 only gets passed the valve guy and goes to the blurry one but then just goes to a blank screen with looping sounds and task manager says "Not Responding." The only games that have given me NO problems are F.E.A.R. and F.E.A.R 2... PLZ HELP! I built this computer so that I would be able to play games...

Try updating your drivers.

Almost all my game drivers are up to date and the gpu's drivers are the latest 10.6

Try rolling back your display driver.

have you tried using only one card at a time?

also get mainboard drivers. from amd's website
