I'm from Australia, newegg doesnt exist...

planning on SLI GTX 460 in the future...

I see that some mobos offer USB3 and SATA6, if I dont have any usb3 compatible devices, is it rendered useless? and SATA6 does that mean I need a SATA6 compatible sata 3'5 internal hardrive?

GTX 460 1GB $279 (for now...)
CORSAIR TX $650 116
CORE I5 750 $242
SEAGATE 1TB $78 (is there a specific hardrive to look out for gaming?)
THERMAL TAKE V5 BLACK WINDOW $77
G.SKILL TRIDENT 4gb 1600mhz $146 (OR RIPJAWS FOR $136 is there a big difference?)
ASUS P7P55 D-E PRO 206 for usb3+sata6 or GIGABYTE P55M UD4 169 without usb3/sata6

total 1144 AUSD with asus MB and trident ram

A few things u should know about SATA/USB 3.0 tech and mobos as shown by our very own forums here

Also note that LGA 1156 shall be usurped by LGA 1155 as soon as end of this year/possible Q1 next year if u intending to sink a wee bit on chip + board FYI...

to be honest ive looked through those 2 links, Im not super computer part minded, all i wanted to know am I getting any benefit from usb3 and sata6, if not ill save the money and get the cheaper mobo with SLI

And that article on the LGA 1155 and 1156 is confusing, what point are u trying to make there? get a certain mobo with a certain chipset?
