M4a79xtd evo what temperature = best ??

Helle i got these systems:

AsusMB: m4a79xtd evo
AMD: Phenom II Black edition x4 955

the temperature's are:

MP: 40 oC

CMu: 47 oC

are these good temperatures or is it to high?

I have the same motherboard. I think that cooling in my PC is good: I have 3 fans in the case. Your motherboard is hotter than mine only on 3 degrees. Therefore, I think that motherboard temperature is good.

Normal CPU temperature depends on processor revision. Moreover, you didn't tell anything about cpu loading at the time you measure its temperature. On my opinion, your CPU temperature is bad for idle mode, but good for 100% CPU loading.
