Fan & heat problems

It seems like many of the graphic cards have major fan and/or heat issues.
What is the best card then for a windows 7 420 W power supply computer ?

Nvidia for me is still the best. Preferably 9800. I have been using it for a long time without problems.

Over 25 posts on the internet go into detail on the fan/overheating issure. One poor customer exchanged a vard 5 times then gave up.

25 posts out of the millions of cards sold every year? That hardly qualifies as "many"...

I'd recommend you decide which card you want to buy, then do a little research to see if it has notable recurring flaws reported.
