Best SLI Mobo for the Money

Alright, so I'm looking for a good SLI compatible motherboard. It doesn't matter what brand it is and I'm looking for it to be under $150. Now some of the other requirements would be 6 Gb/s SATA and USB 3.0 along with DDR3. I am not looking for a 'good' OC mobo.

I'll be using the Intel i5 2500k (LGA 1155 socket). So far I cannot seem to find anything so anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS:
-SLI Compatible
-USB 3.0
-6 GB/s SATA
-2/4 Slots of DDR3 (doesn't matter)
