Xp compatable asus motherboard

Building a computer. Need a high quality graphic efficient ASUS motherboard for Windows XP Home Edition, to go with quad core processor and 4 to 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM. Need suggestions on which motherboard, processor, and high output graphics card to buy.

1. There's no point having more than 3.3 GB of RAM with XP Home, as it is 32-bit, and you need 64-bit to use more (unless you have a server OS).
