Gigabyte motherboard H55M-D2H

4 Gb ram

600W P.S

How much is it going to cost you? Whats it going to be used for? What 600W PSU is it? You dont want to cut on the PSU, it should last you for atleast 5 years so buy a good one.

you can consider a dx11.0 GPU like MSI R5770 Hawk Radeon if you are on a budget

well, first i got these parts as a gift, also it will be used for games like crysis MW2 n such so what do u say:)?

and the PSU is COOLMAX V-600 600W ATX12V

Gigabyte makes good boards so i wouldnt worry about it too much.

Support for ATI CrossFireX™ technology(Note 6) my bad

Yes it is good but only supports ATI CrossFireX™ technology so you wouldn't be able to SLI that GTS 260
