ASUS P8P67 Deluxe and Hot Swap

Was hoping someone could help me with enabling hot-swap on the p8p67 deluxe mobo. I just got the vertex 3 SSD and am getting random 30 second hangs in Windows. After looking at a bunch of forums I found this to be a problem if hotswap is not enabled. I saw a few posts about enabling hotswap for the SSD on a few forums but no instructions on how to do this in the BIOS. Anyone know how to enable? I've been through all my BIOS settings and haven't found an option.

enter bios

click exit/advanced mode (top right)

click advanced

click Sata Configuration

then you will see
SATA6G_1
SATA6G_2 OCZ Vertex 3 disabled

click on disabled, it will change to enable

exit and save

So when I go to SATA configuration I see the vertex 3 listed under SATA6G_2, but all of the SATA drives are greyed out and I cannot select any of them. There is also no disabled or enabled listed for any of them... it's just their names.

try scrolling with your mouse and/or click on the drive or use arrow keys on keyboard, mine are greyed out also until i select them
