Ordering Tonight. Last Compatibility Check. Please Help.

This is the First pc i will be building? First thing's first is it wise for me to build my own? Secondly i will be mainly using it for graphic design programs such as PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, INDESIGN, FLASH, etc. NO GAMES for me. I will be leaving that job to my Playstation 3. No movies either again i have a Playstation 3 for that.

Please inform me if any of these aren't compatible. Like i said this is my first time building a computer and i've done some research so i think i should be good but then again, i'm no expert.
