I recently acquired a rig:
Asus m3a78-em
2 X 1GB G.Skill
650gb WD Sata
Amd Black edition dual core. Not too sure on the output. I think 3.2GHZ. It kills me to not remember the specifics this.
EVGA GeForce 9800gtx
Mushkin enhanced 550w PSU
The problem here is that our house was struck by lightning about a year ago and i've only recently really had any spare time to troubleshoot it. I know for a fact the PSU is toast. I'm pretty sure the mobo is as well. I've tried different PSU's with it and I still can't get it crank up. The green standby light on my mobo just blinks with any other PSU I know works. I'm about 90% sure the mobo is fried
Any thoughts on this? Thanks all.
