Help finding a GPU

I'm looking for a Graphics Card under $150. I'm thinking about possibly getting a Radeon 5750 or 5770 if I can find one at the right price. But there's also a decision of brand. Can I get a little input? I'm running
Win 7 x64
4 gb ram
phenom II x4 965
MOBO= 785 gtm-e45

Hd 5770 is the best choose Also you can invest more moeny and take hd 58x0 (it's more beter with ph 2 x4 965).

Are any of these better than the next? I know there are slight differences(cooling etc)
Is the ASUS my best option?

The Asus is thought to be the best overclocker, comes with a good utility for tweaks. The other two are as good a quality though if you are not planning any overclock.
