Question about P8P67 deluxe

I just built one new system with P8P67 deluxe,the only question is that I do not have wireless connection available,
Do I have to buy a wireless adapter myself? is that the convention for customized build??

I just thought the mb should include a wireless adapter in it............

one more question:

My BIos shows CPU fan error every time of booting,the CPU fan is spinning and I can see its rpm in BIOS,I do not know how it constantly shows that message..

I see nothing wrong with that adapter.
Your fan error may be due to 3-pin aftermarket fan - such that the MB can't read the fan speed, or, the fan may be plugged into the wrong header.

No, not at all. I have never needed one as I have no wifi router broadcasting a signal for the adapter to receive.

Yeah,But I mean every desktop mobo is supposed to not include a wifi adapter..

No not a Wifi (aka 802.11g/n) adapter; a LAN adapter and a Ethernet adapter are, almost without exception, de rigueur now. In fact, you'd have to specifically search for one without LAN (Local Area Network), or Ethernet.
Even some laptops, unbelievably to this day, often do not come with a Wifi adapter.
