Is this mobo cpu combo good? Also build suggestions?

I like tigerdirect becuase there is no tax so it saves me around 10% right away.

This computer is going to be used for internet, word processing and kids games. Just need a computer that will boot up fast.

Will get these: win 7 64 bit
ram: 4 gb ddr3 whatever is cheapest brands.
video card: none for now
hard drive just a 7200 rpm one i have about 320 gb
basic cd/dvd drive
PSU will be a corsair 400 watt or 450
basic case as well.
and a 22 inch monitor
