P67 EXTREME4 vs Fatal1ty P67

Hi, I'm new to the PC building world and I was wondering what are the differences between the ASRock P67 EXTREME4 and the ASRock Fatal1ty P67 PROFESSIONAL?

Is there one easier to OC than the other?

System usage: Gaming, web browsing and movies.

I plan to get another GPU in crossfire eventually.

If you can give me an expert feedback on which MOBO would best fit my needs, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Fatal1ty just has gold caps, a little better PCIe chip and memory chip, and the ability to change the polling rate on the mouse. A couple extra SATA & USB 3.0 ports.
Functionally, the BIOS is the same.
IMO, and most others I know, there is no way the Fatal1ty is worth the huge price premium so that Wendell can get royalties.

So I better buy black and red paint and put some time on the P67 extreme4 for the same result ?

damn, i tought there was something more than a nice color to fit with the rest of my build.
