Can this specs work well with HD3850 or HD4670 ?

hi guys~ can you pls help me to figure out my old pc ???
My old card 6600 just spoiled~ so I urgently need a new AGP card, but i dunno if these 2 cards to work perfect with my old PC or just bottleneck them... pls give me some suggestions ok ? still, how abt HD3650 ? I hope to play The Sim3 and Starcraft 2 in good display...Many thanks~~
