Comments/advice high end gaming pc

Budget: 3,500-4000$

Use: Heavy multi-tasking, gaming (crysis2, dirt2, avp2, metro 2033), multimedia etc

Here are the pieces I've chosen on cyberpowerpc, before rebates (I'm not very comfortable at building my own rig, I'd rather have someone build it / OC it)

I don't need mouse/keyboard/monitors, looking for adive on RAM/PSU/Cooling quality and compatibility with motherboard, as well as any other critic / concern about this build. Thank you
