I'd agree with about $400. Also depends on it's age (of use), what kind of bling you got on it, your OS, etc, but figuring all that being nothing special, $400 is a good ballpark. Course, if you're looking for a true cost of components, just price it out on newegg.

Price it out on newegg and take one third to one half of that. And considering that LGA775 is pretty much dead, I'd say closer to one third.

Unless you have something truly exotic inside, homebuilts just do not hold their value.
