HP Slim Upgrade

Hello everyone. I am clueless about upgrading PC's, but I done a bit of researching and think I found a power supply and graphics card that can work in my PC. I have to get a new power supply since right now my PC only has 160 watts. I know Slims aren't made for gaming, I just want one to play Sims 3 decent.

Here is a link to my PC: http://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-Slimline-S3700F-Deskt...

The Power Supply which will raise it to 300 watts: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1105...

And the graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Can anyone look over those three pages and tell me if it should work or not before I buy anything? It'd help a lot.

Graphics card Master

I can't view the ebay page since it's blocked at work, but the video card itself should definitely be fine. The sims 3 system requirements aren't intensive at all so you should be OK.

75 watts +5volts, 108 watts +12 volts and 49watts +3.3 volts total 232watts, disregarding the negative and standby wattage.
Here is the interesting thing. If run at 250 watts the temp rating is only up to 25 C (that is very low temp) at 220 watts temp rating is 50C that is acceptable.
The + 12 volt rating is very low, modern system need most of their juice there.
