Transcend 320 gb with disappeared files

Guys,
help, my Transcend 320 gb is not showing its stores files. from properties option(used memory and available memory) I can see files are already occupied the portable hard disk. i have tries few options like clicking the option-shows hidden files and folders but get the result zero. they are not hidden files. they are my games and movies.

Hard drives do not have memory.
They have used space and free space.
Memory, or RAM, is what Windows & applications use when actually running.

You need to test your external drive to see if it has failed (all hard drives fail eventually, and external drives are typically less reliable than internal ones).
