Best 200-300$ motherboard???

The title says it all. I was thinking about Asus P8P67 Deluxe or Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD5. Any suggestions?

The deluxe is a better value because of the accessories and features it comes equipped with...but, that doesn't take away from what the ud5 offers...they are both great motherboards..but, the deluxe is the "sweet spot" for the 1155 platform...pair the deluxe with a 2500k or 2600k and you have got yourself a great setup... the ud5 is great as well, but currently lacks efi bios (efi bios will be out for the platform soon)...my suggestion though is if you have not yet purchased the processors..wait a bit for teh z68 boards to surface, and for amd bulldozer products to debut...you wouldn't want to regret anything right..perhaps see what is being offered..its less than a month and may be very worth the wait
