Hello,
I have an ECS P965T-A motherboard, and i am wondering if it can run a Core2Duo E6850 processor. The processor has 1333 FSB and my motherboard supports 1066. Is there any chance that this processor will run on my motherboard?

Educated guess:
Since the ECS P965T-A is nearly identical to the Foxconn P9657AA-8KS2H, which specifically says it will not support higher than FSB1066, and,
since the P965T-A has such awful FSB adjustments in BIOS (100 to 333 in 33MHz steps), and
since voltage adjustments are limited, and,
since the only BIOS update dealt only with memory,
then there is not a snowball's chance in heck that the E6850 will work.
Sorry.

You are welcome. Your performance difference will be minimal with the above CPUs.
