Table: Bits and Pin number for Mem Modules

How to find out how many bits make up each type of SIMM and DIMM module?

The A+ exam wants me to be able to calculate the number of memory modules needed to fill a bank by dividing the external bus by the width of the DIMM or SIMM. But I don't know which SIMM/DIMM has how many bits on it. I know that it depends upon the number of pins, but I need to find a chart that tell me each bit-to-pin number. Any ideas?
