PC w/ Asus P5N-D MoBo only turns on for a second.

I just got done with my new PC build I'm giving to a friend, and (of course) what happens it won't start up. I tried several times to get it to start up. I look at the owner's manual, and see I got to use the Asus Q thing I unplug the front panel cords, and plug them into the Asus Q then into the mobo, I turn it on the lights and fans come on and I'm like "YES", but then it shuts off immediately. I keep trying, and every 1 in 5 times it will turn on for a second, and the same thing will happen as before. I'm getting really frustrated.

Antec 300 case
Asus P5N-D MoBo
4x1GB RAM
Nvidia 8800gt
WD 320GB HDD
