[Solved] 64-bit version backwards-compatible to 32-bit programs?

I have a 64bit Windows7 installed. I want to change to 32bit Windows7 without affecting the data.Is it possible

  1. No, it is not compatible. U need to re-install all the programs.

    U need to do a clean install and move data to another drive or partition.

    But why would u do that for??? Any programs that are troubling you?
  2. 64bit windows 7 "should" work with 32bit software just fine. i haven't had any issues personally and i do use plenty of 32bit software.
