Help with graghics card

ok so i found an old computer in a garage sell for my daughter its a dell optiplex 270 when booted it up i get some small lines evrywhere in my screen blue yellow purpule red anyone know if the video card could be fried or is there a way to fix this

Open it up, remove the card, clean the dust out, then reseat the card, hopefully its just making a bad connection and causing the artifacts because of that. If not you can replace the card but i believe they took AGP cards so you will need to find an AGP card which arent very common anymore.

make sure your PC is free from dust and try to boot again.
