CM Storm Sniper front fan cleaning

Last response: in Components

We removed it and applied a thin layer of 3-In-One oil,
using a cotton swab.

Hold the cotton swab in a vertical position,
and let 1 of 2 drops of oil soak into the cotton.

That will give you much more control over the oil.

Now, the front bezel snaps in and out with greater ease.

Oops, I read your repy after replying to Davcon. You do this before removing the bezel for the first time?

> you remove the front panel, then oil it to aid future removals

Correct: thus, the first time it will probably be somewhat more
difficult to remove: so, flip it over so you can get a good look
at what you should be pulling on.

Also, the video by Rodney Reynolds is excellent:
Rodney really does a wonderful job on all of his videos.
