Hello,
How do I find out the wattage needed for each device such as motherboard/CPU, HDD, CD/DVD, graphics card, sound card, network card

I suggest using a PSU calculator instead.

You can do the math individually but it depends on a fair amount of factors, for the motherboard its about 50W, the CPU will have its power listed, HDDs are <10W as are DVD drives. Graphics cards vary significantly so look at a power benchmark for them. Sound and network cards a pretty negligible, maybe 15W each, not significant with a 130W CPU and a 200W GPU.
