As i was looking arround for a AMD Phenom II x4 i saw that the danish shop where i'm planing to buy from had two difference Phenom II x4 955, they are at the same price, but they have difference model numbers and the info doesn't say anything about any difference, i managed to find them both on newegg so i'm linking them from there hoping that someone can tell me what the difference is and which one is should buy ;)

One is C2 stepping one is C3 stepping, the non deactivated one is the C3 stepping which runs a little cooler and allows for slightly higher overclocks.

^Yup, get the C3 if it is the same price, it uses less power also.

A note, the C3 version is the "GMBOX" and the C2 is the "GIBOX"
