I'm planning a new build.
It will be using an I7-2600 which I will more likely than not be overclocking.
I know where to find GPU and CPU and memory, but I never know how to find a good motherboard model, I just google and usually end up reading some reviews / posts on this forum.
so what would be a good motherboard for the following,
LGA1155 socket for I7-2600,
4 x 2GB+ DDR3-1333,
4 or more Sata ports,
SLI support on 2 full PCIe 2.0,
and is friendly towards overclocking.

Thanks in advanced,
Bombshell.

Welcome to Tomshardware!
First of all, if you wish to OC, make certain you get the 2600k with the unlocked multiplier.
Since you want SLI, you must want a gaming board. I stick with major brands unless requested otherwise. You did not mention a price range or whether the case you are choosing takes ATX, but, your parameters make me believe it is.

The Asus below is a bargain for SLI.

wow, thanks its perfect and thanks for the correction on the processor, would have been a massive failure on my part if I got the 2600.
And for the record, price range isn't much of an issue and the case I was going to get based on the Motherboard.

Newegg, as above is my favorite. As for search engines - I use Yahoo because Google censors searches and redirects them to whoever paid the most. I guess you could call Google the online mafia.
