Hey everyone I am real new too this but I bought a PNY 9800gt 1gb for my hp p6527c-d 2.9 amd athlon II x4 635 4GB pc-6400 ram mid size ATX case with 250 psu will an antec 500w Basiq be enough power I only have multi opti drive and a 500gb HDD at 7200 from wht I understand

sry the grapics atm are intergrated nvidia 6150se nforce430

The minimum power requirement is 400 watts, so the Antec 500BP is powerful enough for your system.

Yep thats easily enough, Id highly suggest upgrading that video card though

The 9800GT is now two generations old and you can get better performance at similar prices with newer DX11 support (GTS 450 comes to mind).

Yeah, I honestly don't get why everyone freaks out. Quite frankly my 8600GT ran most of the games I needed on High (although I only used 1280x1024) it worked for me. Now my 8800GT runs those games on max with AA. I couldn't be happier with it.
