Motherboard problems...

i have an older Celeron System... have had it for years and has always worked..

well recently it has been acting funny.

it boots up fine.. runs like it always has.. but at random times it loses connection to all the motherboard connections.. ( Monitor, Usb Mouse/keyboard, ethernet ) all of them lose power. but the pc is still on..

so i reboot the pc. and it works for 15 -20 minutes. then everything loses connection again.

sorry if u dont understand what i mean, i dont really know how to explain this..



is it a faulty motherboard? does it need replaced? is their anyway to fix this problem?
