SYSTEM USAGE: watching movies, streaming tv shows, internet browsing and general office work. I also do a lot of multi-tasking between these uses.

PARTS PREFERENCES: I think AMD/ATI is most recommended for budget builds so I'll go that route

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080. I may decide to add a 2nd monitor to have a dual monitor set-up but that's far off into the future
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would like a quiet pc and would prefer it to be as small as possible (maybe microatx?). I'm not sure if I have a good enough budget for my needs. If anything, I can increase it up to $600 but only if there is enough of a performance boost.
