Compatibility Check

So after a bunch of research, I'm pretty set on getting these parts. I just want to double check and make sure that all these parts are compatible with each other, and I have a case that is big enough to fit everything.

The grand total brings me to $587.22 after shipping and tax. Total after rebates would be $557.22. I'm hoping all these parts are compatible with each other because it seems like a pretty good deal.

Thanks for the reply batuchka. That looks like a great setup, but I was really set on having a quad core processor. I'm pretty much a n00b at building PCs though so sometimes I don't trust what I am saying.
