Asrock P67 extreme6 Sound card clearance

I am wondering if anyone who owns or would happen to know if the Asrock p67 extreme6's chipset heatsink would prevent me from installing an Asus Xense sound card in the first pci e x1 lane.

I would like to go with this motherboard over the Fatal1ty version to avoid the branding. But if the sound card won't fit I think I will have to get the Fatal1ty.

Never mind, going to go with the z68 extreme4 or extreme6 if they make it soon.

Someone give a response so I can select best answer please.
