software accidentally delete from neutrano photo watch. how do i get back software.

If you longer have the installation media that came with the photo watch (maybe it was on the watch itself?), you will have to find out who manufactured the watch and visit their website (if they have one), then download it from there if it's available.

I've been searching for 10 minutes and have been unable to find any relevant information about getting software for it.

I have the same issue - watch came with pre-loaded software but will not run. Need to re-load but find any source.
