Worrying about heat is quite normal; in fact, even the most seasoned builders have to worry about heat. The only difference is the confidence level they have over you. In regards to high temperature RAM, this is more or less normal. You see, some RAM modules are made with heatsinks, others are just exposed circuit board type. Considering that your RAM is next to a heatsink, it is not surprising to learn that they are heating up. That said, if you're truly worried that the air temp inside your case is too hot, you have several options:
1. Invest in a case that has a front panel display with the option to show case tempertaure
2. Add more fans in intake mode, or increase the size of your fans
