I'm not sure what you mean by "played around with it for a bit" but from what it sounds like, looks like you'll need to completely wipe the drive via the following:

I tried "flashing" it for it to be compatible with my xbox 360 and I quit half way through and now its not reading or when ti does the size is 128kb

Is that 128KB or 128GB?

How does HD Sentinel identify your drive? In particular, what does it say about the total number of sectors or LBAs for the physical disk?

It sounds like you may have *bricked* your HDD. Your only option at this point is to RMA the drive and don't make mention of the firmware flashing.

Can you flash it back to original? Probably your only chance to fix it.

Did you save the original firmware?

Never ever stop something midway.

If all else fails boot up gpart and do a uuid repair and reformat from within gpart.

If the size of the HDD is 128GiB, then there may be a HPA, in which case the solution is to use a tool such as HDAT2 to restore the full native capacity.

If HDDHackr has been used on the drive, then there are methods to restore the original configuration, but more detail needs to be provided. Whatever you do, DO NOT use any UNDO.BIN file other than the original one.
