Updates for 2004 AMI BIOS 1002

Does anyone know where I can get an update for my AMI Bios dating back to 2004. I get jerked around a lot by websites claiming to have free software to find it, and then they hold you hostage for a $29.95 membership to get the update. This sham has been around for 20 years. ASUS actually links you to one of these sites if their motherboard has AMI BIOS. Shame on them!
