- Is the diference of 150 dollars between the two cpu/motherboard config worth?
- Will the motherboard limit the cpu performance or gaphic card and does it have good conectic with ssd?
- I'm planning to overclock the cpu and maybe the whole stuff ( motherboard, memory and graphic card), will I get a stable system if I overclock all?
- I really need advice about a case with power supply that can handle overclocking
- I wll listen music a lot, but nowadays is sound card really important?

Thank you very much for your advice.

Solution
case & psu: i would recommend an xfx 750 and a haf 922

1- avoid lga1156 it's going to be replaced by lga 1155 in q1 2011 so i think you should go with the phenom ii x4 955 (beccause it's much better at gaming than the x6) also a good mobo to consider is the asus m4a89gtd pro/usb3
cpu+mobo: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.436152

2- no mother boards can't limit cpu performance. and the mobo i linked can only bottlekneck a 5970 cf becuase it will run at x8 x8. the ssd will be fast as it should be.

3- i recommend ocing the cpu and gpu (they r the only things that matter in gaming)

4- u will not need a sound card the onboard audio is exellent

Thanks for your advice, something is telling me that it's not the right time to choose a new cpu with the change of socket at Intel and the new amd cpu that ll be soon available. I'm now hesitating between: phenom ii x4 955, Core I5 760 and Phenom II X6 1090T. The X4 is very good but a bit old and since I will be doing stuff like watching a video on a tv, playing on another one and websurfing on the last I think X6 could handle it better. As fore the Core I 5, I agree that the socket is already dead but it's performance are so great... I'd like to wait and see what's coming from amd and intel at the end of year, but in hardware we can wait forever...

I think I'll be going with the X6 , mobo is terrific and with 6 cores at 4 ghz, I'm set for years :kaola:
I'll take the case you suggest me, but about psu what are your thought about Rosewill BRONZE series RBR1000-M 1000W, since I will have an overclock cpu and a crossfire overclock too, I ll need enough Wtt.
