HAF X Case-MoBo Doesnt have usb 3.0

Hey Guys,
ordering all my new parts.
The mobo im using is Evga's 3-way Sli x58, im using it in the haf x case.
Now this is where im confused.
The haf x has usb 3.0 ports, but my mobo does not.
Do i have to plug those ports in somewhere? or can i just unplug the cables and be fine?
System specs:
Case: Haf X
Cpu: Core i7 950 OC @ 4.0ghz
Cpu cooling:Cooler master V8
Gpu: Sli Evga Gtx 480
Ram: Dominator 6gb (3 x 2)
HDD: Caviar Black 1tb
Psu: Corsair 1200 w
OS: Win 7
