Iam looking for a new $200 1366 board what i have now is the msi sli eclipse.

One question: Why do you feel the need to "upgrade" to the same level of board? You could use that $200 to upgrade something that will actually improve performance instead...

My board is dieing some ram slots are not working and some sata ports are acting up

I tested my cpu and ram on my cozins 1366 board and it worked 100%

X58 hasn't been out for 3 years yet, so even if you bought the first one that came out, it would still be under warranty.

I fail to see how it could be out of warranty if X58 has not even been out for 3 years..................................lol

Email from who? Why do you need to email someone? The warranty is 3 years from the date on your receipt.

i filled in the RMA Request Form and they said i don't have warranty. the Manufacturer Warranty is only 1 year

X58 with one year warranty?? What is it foxconn or ECS?

Wow, that's pretty sad for something that probably cost a lot of money to only have a 1 yr warranty.

Go with the Sabertooth, it has a 5yr warranty. That Asrock only has 1yr.
