Yes, That case will handle a full ATX mobo fine. I have the same case. Just make sure you have a goo PSU to power everything, The 400W PSU will not power most higher end GPUs.

The case will last years upon years.Solid case.... 400W PSU is small now.

What is your time frame?

Be aware that this fall is supposed to launch 32nm sandy bridge duo and quad processors.
There will be gen 3 SSD's which will be faster and cheaper.
