I vote for the 9500GT, even if it has less memory.

What brands are we talking about?

By the way, what's the difference between options 2 and 3.

All of them are low-end cards for gaming,but i would go for 9500GT as well,its noticeably faster than a 9400GT

seeing ur specs 1 gb vram is of no use... so better go wid 512mb... nd yeah 9500GT

The answer is usually no, but are there any AMD/ATI cards you could get? I think the 4650 would be faster then the 9500GT, more so if it has DDR2 memory.

thnx 4 all your help and i m sorry i typed it wrongly the 2nd and 3rd options were 9500GT GeForce PCX 1 GB (128-BITS) DDRIIs and the 3rd one was 9500GT GeForce PCX 512MB (128-BITS) DDRII ... i have heared that ATI cards are not that much powerfull than Nividea thats why i m not putting my hands on ATI ... ant the brands we are talking here are XFX or EVGA which will be available to me at that time i will buy .. AND can any body also tell me that 9500GT of 1GB is better or 512MB is better .. and the d/f between there prices is about 6 dollars .. at this condition which one is better 1GB or 512MB (9500GT) ..   Thnx ! !

If the 512MB card had DDR3 then I would have got that. Faster speeds, higher memory bandwidth so its faster then the 1GB DDR2 card.

There are no recent generation DDR3 cards? AMD or Nvidia? A DDR3 4670 would be faster then any of the cards listed so far. Same for a 9800GT, 9600GT/GSO, 5570, etc.
