Windows 7 boots printer offline on network

i have three computer hooked up to one hp lazerjet 4160 printer , i have them set up as a network, which works fine, and the printer is not being shared, but individualized. after time the computer get kicked to offline, bit one still prints fine ! any ideas

and btw, the whole time, the network is still working

I have what may be the same problem. A computer running Windows 7 automatically changes my two networked printers' status to "offline" when it boots. The printers are accessible to three other computers on the same network running XP.
