Have you considered the illusion version of the Antec 300? It has more fans, and is $5 cheaper than the regular version. The only con I guess is that it has blue LED fans.

Another suggestion you'll find very common on these forums is to get the Phenom II x4 955 instead of the 965. You'll save $10 in this case (b/c of the gift card), and you'll basically get the same cpu (unless you plan on oc'ing over 4ghz).

Everything looks like it's compatible after a quick glance at everything else.

everything is good, but if you want you can get the Phenom II 955BE and OC to make it on par with the 965. But its only a 20 dollar difference, a small dent in te overall cost, but everything seems ok

and if u don't care about the price increase switch the cpu&gpu combo to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.435996

note: the xfx 5850 be u mentioned isn't worth the extra $'s

the case and psu combo i mentioned is a steal

psu review: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/899 (this psu can handle 2x 5850's oced and i7 oced@4ghz)

case review: http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/22076-lancool-dragonlord-pc-k62-case-review.html (this case is alot higher quality than the nzxt looks alot better more roomy alot better airflow and everything is tooless even the psu and mobo) also it has 8 expansion slots and it's interior is black and has much better cable manegement

also newegg reviewers are noobs they can give a product 1 egg because it's not made out of choclate.
