Have you considered the illusion version of the Antec 300? It has more fans, and is $5 cheaper than the regular version. The only con I guess is that it has blue LED fans.

Another suggestion you'll find very common on these forums is to get the Phenom II x4 955 instead of the 965. You'll save $10 in this case (b/c of the gift card), and you'll basically get the same cpu (unless you plan on oc'ing over 4ghz).

Everything looks like it's compatible after a quick glance at everything else.

everything is good, but if you want you can get the Phenom II 955BE and OC to make it on par with the 965. But its only a 20 dollar difference, a small dent in te overall cost, but everything seems ok

1) Drop the CPU down to the Phenom II X4 955. The X4 965 is basically just an overclocked version of the X4 955.

2) I would change your hard drive to the Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB hard drive at the same price but faster.

3) I would switch your case to the Antec 300 Illusion with the Antec Earthwatts EA650 combo.

also newegg reviewers are noobs they can give a product 1 egg because it's not made out of choclate.

For an AMD build, I woudl recommend the Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2, which is a great cooler for the price or pick up the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus from Amazon.com or TigerDirect.com, as Newegg is over priced them!!
