You don't need the cooler now... you listed as overclocking 'later' so when you get to that point, you can purchase a new heatsink then.

As far as Dukes suggestions, I do like it... however Since you didn't list a monitor under your 'not required' section... I assume you need one. Drop the video card to a 5830 and that'll leave you around $160-$180 to pickup a 23" 1080p monitor
